By definition, a Community is comprised of those who commune, who join together in some common interest or event. The CCA Community Events Committee sponsors a variety of events in the Coronation area designed to bring the community together in fun and pleasurable ways. Here are some CCA sponsored Events in the planning stages.

Monthly Meeting First Tuesday of the Month Execpt July - 7:30 pm 43 Divison Police Station -- 4331 Lawrence Ave. East These are open meetings and the Community is welcome to attend. Voting is restricted to CCA Executive Members and polite behaviour is requested. City Councillors Ron Moeser and Paul Ainslie regularly attend as do frequent Special Guests.

Free Family Skate -Hosted by Community Police Liaison Committee and 43 Division Toronto Police Services.  Skates will be available for those that do not have skates - while quantities last.  Used skates can be donate by dropping them off at 43 Division Police Station

Community Clean-up

Residents meet at Eastview School Parking lot at 9;00 am Residents are encouraged to join in to clean-up various areas in our neighbourhoods to make our community a better cleaner place to live. 
Police 43 Divison Open House

11:00 - 3:00

Police Station Open House and Community BBQ. Come and enjoy the fun, loads of things to do.  Live Bands, free Hot Dogs and Drinks, tour Police Station.  Great fun for the Kids. This event is hosted by 43 Division Community Police Liaison Commitee (CPLC) and the Police Officers at 43 Divison with participation by your local community groups
Coronation  Community Annual Perennial Plant Exchange

Hosted at Susan Rightmyers' House 23 Westcrft    It free -- bring potted perennial plant and exchange it for a different plant(s). its a great way to spruce up your garden and add variety.
Coronation Community Garage Sale

At the end of your driveway

If  your interested in cleaning out your Garage or Basement - just set-up a table on your front yard or on your driveway and you are in business. The Coronation Community Assoication will advertise this event in the Scarborough Mirror.

WaterFront Festival

Heron Park Community Centre  One of West Hill's major Community Event, to be held in Cooperation with local community groups and TPF&R will be held on the baseball diamond. Last year saw about 700+ people attend. BBQ, games, live concerts, inflatables, face painting, Zoo display, henna, police, fire etc.

Annual Police Toy Drive Sat. Nov. 20 43 Division Police Station  @ 4331 Lawrence East New toys can be dropped of at the Police Station . 4331 Lawrence Ave. These toys will be distributed to less fortunate children. Help give a Kid Christmas
